| Taco Seasoning

| 1lb. Ground Beef, Pork or Turkey (Browned)
|
| 2 tsp. Taco Seasoning
|
| 1/4 cup Water
|
|
| Brown the ground meat well; add the seasoning
|
| and water. Cover and let steam for 3-5 minute
|
| to re-hydrate the vegetables.
|
|
| Serving Suggestions: With taco salad, baked
|
| potatoes of tortillas. Fresh tomatoes, onions
|
| & peppers can be added. Mix into softened
|
| cream cheese as a dip. Sprinkle the seasoning
|
| on chili, scrambled eggs, popcorn or french
|
| fries. A great seasoning for roasting or
|
| grilling mexican-style beef, pork, chicken,
|
| or turkey.
