ODER PROCESSING
Products are normally processed in two or three (2-3) days after receipt of your paid-in-full order. You will receive a prompt e-mail confirmation of your order.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL
TheIngredientStore uses USPS Priority Mail as our standard method of shipping.  In our experience, Priority Mail does in fact deliver within two to three business days.  (This shipping time is additional to our processing time and means your order will be delivered in about a week from your order.)

USPS EXPRESS MAIL
TheIngredientStore offers USPS Express Mail (overnight delivery) for an additional charge.  Selecting this service does not expedite order processing.

EXPEDITED ORDERS
If you require expedited shipping of your product, please contact us in advance of your order at the email address below.  We are happy to facilitate whenever it's possible for us to help you but we can't promise unless you ask us first.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your order just e-mail us within 30 days of receipt with your order or invoice number and we will let you know how to return the item(s). All items should be in good condition and in their original packaging please.
