50 lbs. Clear Jel, Instant - no cooking needed!

Clear Jel is a modified food starch product, like corn starch, but it is more stable. Clear Jel will not break down like corn starch often does.

Mixing Instructions:

Instant Clearjel

For 1 Pie: Combine 3 tablespoons instant

clearjel with 1/2 cup sugar. Add 1 cup water

or fruit juice and combine with enough fruit

for 1 pie. Add food coloring if desired.

Chill and serve.
