Clear Jel is a modified food starch product, found in many of the items you buy. It is used as a thickener, like corn starch, but it is more stable. Clear Jel will not break down like corn starch often does.

Mixing Instructions:

Clearjel (Cook Type)

Use as a thickener. Use 1/4 cup clearjel to

1 quart of liquid. Bring liquid to a boil

before adding clearjel. Do not over boil!
